The Karkloof County Club welcomes day visitors. All the club’s facilities, including the trail network are open to day visitors who have completed the indemnity document and paid the relevant day fees.
The Karkloof Country Club has land access agreements with the landowners around the Club extending all the way to Howick. In respect of the land access agreements, day visitors are required to have following
- Day Visitor Band on your wrist (this is collected at the Club)
- An Email or SMS confirmation that the application has been done online
- Proof that the indemnity process has been completed if you do not have a wrist band
Fees for day visitors are as follows:
|Junior 6yrs old to under 18yrs old this year||R30.00|
|Senior 65 yrs or older this year||R30.00|
|Children under the age of 6 yrs||Free|
|Per person per night||R100.00|
Any person that partakes in any activity at or from the club is considered a day visitor. This includes riding, running, walking, dog walking, parking and going out on the road, tennis and squash. The only exception to this is people that are only making use of the Café and Bar, and doing no activity.
The indemnity is an annual indemnity, and by completing this document online, you will not have to repeat this process for 12 months. Everybody needs to do this and not just one person in a group.
Payment for day visitors can be done via Zapper – please scan the code below, enter the relevant fee and pay accordingly. You can pay for more than one person at a time, but you need to be together in a group when on the trails. Please keep your zapper proof of payment.
